They cover the website and the enquiry process only. If you become a patient, your care is governed by the separate agreement, consent and information documents you are given directly.
Who we are
The website is operated by The Eyelid Studio Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17487912). Our registered office is Bank Gallery, High Street, Kenilworth, CV8 1LY.
Consultations and procedures take place at Leamington Road Dental Practice, 92 Leamington Road, Coventry, CV3 6GS, our host clinic. Leamington Road Dental Practice is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for surgical procedures, and our clinical services are provided under that registration.

General information, not medical advice
The information on this website is general and is there to help you understand what we offer. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it does not replace a consultation. Every person’s eyes and circumstances are different, and whether any treatment is suitable for you can only be decided after a consultation with a clinician.
Images on the website are illustrative. Results vary between people and are not guaranteed.
Emergencies
We are not an emergency service, and the website is not monitored for urgent problems. If you have a sudden loss or change in vision, severe eye pain, an injury to your eye, or any other urgent concern, please contact NHS 111, your GP or optician, or an eye casualty or A&E department straight away. In an emergency, call 999.
Enquiries and bookings
Sending an enquiry through the website, or telephoning us, does not create a booking or a contract for treatment. We aim to reply to every enquiry within one working day to arrange the right consultation.
Treatment cannot be booked without a consultation first. Any agreement for care is made separately, with the information, consent and agreement documents you are given at that stage.
Please give accurate information when you contact us, and do not include detailed medical history in the enquiry form. We will ask for what we need at your consultation.
Fees
Any fees shown on the website, including the starting price for consultations, are a guide only. Your treatment price is confirmed at the end of your consultation, before you agree to go ahead. Details of payment and any cancellation or rescheduling terms are given to you when you book.
Using the website
You may use the website for your own personal, lawful purposes. You must not:
- use it in a way that is unlawful, harmful or fraudulent;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or its systems;
- introduce viruses or other harmful material, or interfere with how the website works; or
- send us enquiries that are false, misleading or abusive.
Our content
The text, design, logo and images on the website belong to The Eyelid Studio Limited or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may view the website and print or save pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish, sell or otherwise reuse our content without our written permission.

The website includes services and links provided by others, such as our embedded map and enquiry form (see the Privacy Notice for how these affect your information).
