Upper-Eyelid Blepharoplasty

For heavy or overhanging upper-eyelid skin that affects comfort, vision, or day-to-day life.

WHY THIS MIGHT COST MORE

Treating one eyelid (unilateral) costs less than treating both
More extensive hooding that extends toward the outer eyelid needs a larger procedure
A noticeable fat-pad bulge alongside the excess skin needs additional contouring
Previous surgery, scarring or unusual anatomy makes a case more complex

For a cyst, chalazion, skin tag or other lesion on or near the eyelid.

WHY THIS MIGHT COST MORE

A single small lesion, chalazion or skin tag is at the lower end
Larger, deeper or more complex lesions need more careful removal
A lesion near the eyelid margin or corner needs extra care to preserve eyelid shape
Treating multiple lesions, chalazia or tags in one session costs more than treating one

For persistent watering from one or both eyes.

Treating one eye costs less than treating both
If the tear-drainage pathway also needs checking further along (syringing or irrigation), that adds to the base procedure

For an eyelid that turns inward or outward, or lashes that rub against the eye.

Treating one eyelid costs less than treating both
Outward-turning (ectropion) repairs generally cost more than inward-turning (entropion) repairs of similar complexity
Previous surgery, scarring or severe distortion makes a case complex or revision-level — these are priced after consultation rather than as a fixed figure

For involuntary eyelid spasms, or spasms affecting one side of the face.

WHY THIS MIGHT COST MORE

A first assessment and treatment costs more than a repeat treatment once a pattern is established
Treatment for spasm affecting one side of the face (hemifacial spasm) costs slightly more than for blepharospasm affecting both eyelids
A review without any injection is the lowest-cost option

For persistent dry, gritty or fluctuating eyes, or diagnosed meibomian gland dysfunction.

WHY THIS MIGHT COST MORE

A single session costs less than a full course of four
Radiofrequency (RF) sessions cost slightly more than IPL sessions
Adding manual gland expression, or combining IPL and RF in one session, increases the price
A full course of combined IPL and RF treatments is the most involved option
